Not providing dry balcony is a big turn off for me for such big 4 bhk. Cost saving. A budget project does so. Kitchen ventilation is not good too.

Nikhil-G KZbin is not for brokers, advertisement karte ho aur disclaimer bhi daalte ho he kaay barobar nahi. Kam se kam jiss project mein loopholes aur jo negatives ho usko toh admit kiya kijiye. Never seen worst khichdi than this project. Poora gaon bana diya hai jisme naala nadi sab included hai. 30:70 subvention scheme de rahe hain which is a signal ki inventory bikk nahi rahi hai.

Only location is prime nothing good at all. Overpriced, Majestique is like "Naam bade darshan chote". False commitments by Sales team, poor management, no transparency with customer. Check Majestique Marbella reviews and customer's issues before any decision to buy. How builder and his/her team play with customer money, emotions and time.
