I just bought a 1997 cx hatch and I think I might be doing that exhaust now I thought it was going to be loud but not it’s very nice and quite but louder than stock which is perfect. love the car btw

I wonder how much this thing sucks when you want to go fast on a level surface? I always tend to ride higher gears with relatively low cadence on any bikes in general, And here I am afraid that I will have to pedal like a cocaine junkie if I wanted to go fast… what do you think about it?

I found a 97 sedan with no badges but I think it’s a 1.6 do these have vtec? Or the “good” Honda motors, I’m not familiar with Hondas

Look up the difference between NON-VTEC D16Y7 and VTEC-equipped D16Y8. The SOHC 1.6L with VTEC has a more rounded intake manifold with the air box+filter on the side. The SOHC 1.6L without VTEC has its air box with filter above the intake manifold in the center. Once you familiarize yourself with what engine is which just by looking at it, it's a no-brainer.

It's a collapsible spare tire. NSXs come with a 12V inflator to pump up it up in an emergency.
