That's why there was just 1 1st round pick in the deal because it's an elite for elite trade both are hall of famers AD just older by 6 years but who cares; People have been comparing the deal to Mikal Bridges that got the nets 5 1st rounders. Mikal isn't even an all star he's just a decent starter traded for some bench role players and that 5 1st round picks just to match the salaries but still joke of a trade trading your future for 1 inconsistent player that never made a single all star appearance. Reality is an AD led team’s ceiling has been the 2nd round before teaming with a 35/36 y/o LeBron. Luka made the finals with Kyrie on one leg and a bunch of solid guys. So Luka as your best player is a title contender. AD as your best player gives you a punchers chance but it’s not the same. He will for sure be missed but you do this trade 10/10 times.
