I hate the pronunciation of this word so much, it's been the bane on my life! But thanks for this video :) I actually used to put the accent on the "o" to say it with a short and sharp sound (which is none of the three pronunciations in the video), like "in.ɒ.veɪ.tiv" (sounding a bit more "nominative") but "innovate" would sound more like "in.ə.veɪt". But lately (being in Canada now) I'm veering towards the third way in the video (like the words "innovate" with an "ive" on the end). I hate the first way (despite being a native english speaker from London!) because it doesn't sound like the source word "innovate"!
