Hey Derek, such a brilliant test with a great number of useful expressions. I managed to do 11 out of 11 :) I liked the one about pulling your hair out, because I was quite hesitant whether you were looking for "to pull your socks up" or not. But that 'out' didn't fit very well for me. It's an idiom I haven't heard very often but definitely this video will help me remember it. Thank you buddy! ;) Enjoy your spring landscapes of the majestic Alpes there in your magic spot!!

Hi Javi! Good to hear from you. Congrats on getting a top score 😎💪 You're right - that "out" just doesn't fit! Take it easy

I got them all right though "rush off my feet" was a struck of luck. I have "a lot on my plate" could be an addition and "it´s been hectic" could make it "a baker´s dozen". Many thanks 4 your interesting videos and hard work.

I got them all correct, even before you displayed the options. Don't be so presumptuous thinking that non-native speakers can't be THIS proficient. Otherwise, OK content.
@derekcallan-englishforpros Жыл бұрын
Good for you! By the way, I totally expect proficient non-native speakers to get all of them correct. AND, I'm not being presumptuous - I'm just trying to encourage learners to watch the free content that I provide.
