Hi there! This is a custom order plugin and it doesn't come with a different email template for each custom order. You may need to use an email template plugin (like Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce by VillaTheme) to custoimize each order with a different email template. All in all, the plugins work together but in a separate feature. Let me know if that helps.

Hi Jan! Yes, you can definitely integrate more print-on-demand plugins on the same WooCommerce website. For example, you can have Printify, Printful, and Lulu Press (paperback book printing) on your WooCommerce website but you also want to sell customized photo books. So, I don't think both Printify and Printful offer that but Gelato does. But at the same time, if you are an author and want to sell your books directly to maximize your profits, you may want to install Lulu Press to sell paperback books but at the same time, you also want to sell some mugs, t-shirts, or whatever to your fans or readers. That's when you can use Printful, Printify, or both. So, it depends on what you're selling because a certain print-on-demand provider might not have certain products that you want to sell. What happens if your Etsy store gets suspended. Do the woocommerce products disappear? Im looking for a permanent way to add etsy products to woo commerce?

If your Etsy store gets suspended but you already added your products to WooCommerce, those products won't disappear. They stay in your WordPress. You can use your own platform, like WooCommerce WordPress, to sell your products, so no one owns the store but only you. I hope that helps!

This is totally cool; I love it. However, I have a question. Once we create a rule, it only applies to a single domain or email. How can we automatically add a second, third, or more email addresses or domains? About 80% of the emails I receive are junk, and MS Outlook makes it easy to add them automatically by simply clicking on "block sender." How can we automatically add domains in a rule, eliminating the need to create individual rules for each domain? Thank you.

Hey miss I appreciate your help all that was mentioned has been applied however in my case i created a “delivered” section but, the problem for me is that it’s not showing/sending, every other email sends but not the delivered email, any ideas what may I have done wrong?

Can you double check your WooCommerce settings and go to the emails or something like that? In there, find the ‘Delivered’ status and click it. Check if the box for sending email is enabled or checked.

You have to check their website for the updated pricing again. As of right now [alidropship.com/plugin/], they said for WooCommerce plugin, it's $89 for life time use. As long as you don't ask them to build an entire dropshipping store for you, you don't need to buy a plan from them or anything. The plugin includes many features you need to have your WooCommerce dropshipping store up and running.

I have used this video for a LONG time. THANK YOU FOR SHARRING IT!! Now I have a problem, I have many filters that go to my JUNK folder BUT I have a new computer and I am wondering if there is a way to MOVE all those filters to my new computer. Any thoughts would be GREAT!

Hi Dave, that's a good question! Let's try this first. Go to 'Tools' and select 'Message Filters.' If you see 'Export Filters,' click it and save your filters to a file name of your choosing. But if you can't find this menu, try 'Tool' and select 'Export...' to your account settings (the settings should include your email filters) as a zip file. Once you get that zip file on your new computer, use the import menu from 'Tools' >> 'Import...' in the Thunderbird. Select 'Import from another Thunderbird installation' and next select 'Import from profile "default-beta"' and next select all the options for "Choose what to import:" I'm not sure if this option would work for you because I did this on both of my computers, it doesn't work. If it doesn't work, try to select each email address and find the 'Import' button. Maybe you can import your email account settings from there. Let me know if any of these works for you!

@@DoodlingWebDesigns Hello THANK YOU for your time. I am running Version 128.0.1esr | Released July 18, 2024. In this version as well as the one you were using for this video I do not see any tools menu, Edit menu, File menu or any other pull down menu. Where do you find the Tools menu?😂

@@davescorneroftheworld1147 Wow, I had no clue what your version was. I'm still using version 115.13.0 (64-bit, esr). 🤣 I haven't upgraded it yet. Let's try this, can you find the hamburger icon on the top right where you can minimize, maximize, or close the Thunderbird window? If you see the hamburger icon (small three horizontal lines that stack on top of one another), click it, you should see the 'Tools' menu there and other import and export menus as well. If not let's try to press the 'Alt' key on your keyboard to temporarily display the menu bar. Let me know if that helps!

sneding email notification is not working while it's working for default order status, no working with custome order status but working with default order status.... Even if I use the same tempalte, can someone help ?

Did you check the WooCommerce "Emails" settings if the "Enable this email notification" check box is checked? On that page, just click on your custom order status name to go to its email template. I just tested this plugin again with my custom order, it still works alright. I still get an email notification in my mailbox about my order when I change my order to the custom order status I created. Let me know if that helps!

This is very useful, but im concerned it might disrupt or affect the communication between printify and woo commerce. Do you have a store that is setup with free shipping like this and are making sales like normal?

It's important to understand that the communication between Printify and WooCommerce will remain unaffected by any changes you make to your store. Printify will continue to charge you the same amount for the products they fulfill, as well as the shipping fees. Whenever you make a sale, the credit card linked to your Printify account will be charged. On your WooCommerce store, you can offer free shipping to your customers. The money you receive from your customers goes directly into your business bank account. You don't share this account with Printify. Instead, you pay off your credit card with the funds from your sales, covering the cost of the products and shipping fees charged by Printify. Even if you offer discount codes or free shipping, this workflow will not disrupt the communication between your WooCommerce store and Printify. However, when providing discounts or free shipping, consider marking up your product prices slightly. This way, you can cover the shipping costs or discounts you offer, ensuring you maintain a healthy profit margin. While I have set up many of my own WooCommerce stores, I haven't made real sales with actual customers yet. However, I have thoroughly tested the workflow by purchasing many of my products to see how Printify integrates and updates order statuses in real time. Everything has worked flawlessly for many years, and I wouldn't share this tutorial if it didn't. I value my business and audience too much to make false claims. Please note, my channel is dedicated to teaching you how to use WordPress and tech to set up your online store and potentially earn extra money. Marketing and sales strategies are not my area of expertise, so you'll need to figure out those aspects on your own. I'm just a former web developer here to guide you through the technical setup.
