how you activate the notification, i did the whole process but still not showing the notification on the home page.

Hi, Denilson, thanks for the question! When you are in the "All NotificationX" dashboard, do you see if your notification is enabled? Its status should be enabled. Do you have a order in your WooCommerce store that somebody just placed an order? At least, you may need to have 1 order to see it. You can also click the "Preview" button on the top right of your sales notification to see what it may look like.

Thanks for the video but it didn't show how to add various names you want to show as the notification pop up

Hi, Johnson! This sales notification is for the real sales numbers your online store makes, it’s not a fake sale notification. So, if you have a new order placed, it should show the name of your customer of the new order. If you don’t have sales or a new order, but you want to make up fake sales notification, maybe you can use a different plugin like ‘Salert’ or something.

Hi there! Maybe try to choose another theme that has a picture of Emily. As of right now, there are 3 free themes under the Design that you can choose from in the free version. You can also upload your image in the Display settings.
