It should work on the latest version as well. Just to try it out: set the database name/user and the password to be any string of lowcase letters. No numbers, special symbols and upper case letters. If the network setup is correct, it should let you in.

Hello, I have an issue, when facetime with the SamsungviewfinityS9. The sound is echoing for the people I am factime with. The only solution is to use headphones. With Ipad or Iphone there is no echoing. Is there any setting I can use on my SamsungviewfinityS9 to use it for facetime ? Thanks
@GeeksTable
@GeeksTable 7 күн бұрын
It happens naturally because the mic picks the sound from the speaker. Probably Apple tweaked it for the iPhone and iPad, so they remove the echoing manually. I would suggest playing around with the audio settings on FaceTime and try switching between mics to find the less echoey setup.

Have you experienced the screenbar light turning off and on when switching between Home and PC modes? It seems like USB-C port loses power during the switch.

All my Apple silicon Macs having issues with connecting more than one TB3 cases. Me, having 3 Acasis/Anyoyo cases, only one will connect without problems. Using OWC express 1M2 cases additionally, the situation is more stable, but not perfect now. I am wondering, if everybody out here is using a single external TB drive only?

Man you have did what I had been waiting for. I use Google phones for filming and some complained about the new pixels video stabilization. I was trying to see a side by side comparison because I had no problem but I realize I also use a gimbal and I only film with the raw camera. I was trying to see the big deal and which pixel I should get next. Although I would say google needs to stop depending on Ai for their camera as much and really work on issues with video to catch up with iPhone.

Greetings Alex, Thank you for the very informative review of the Samsung ViewFinity S9 5K. Audio question for you. What is the best way to connect external speakers to the S9 monitor - to watch the Samsung Smart TV content - looking for perhaps a wired solution - given the S9 has only USB C / ThunderBolt ports. In my current configuration I am using a Mac mini m4 (connected via thunderbolt 4/USB C) to Corsair Dock. Samsung s9 is connected to the dock via USB C / Thunderbolt. My wired speakers are connected to the Corsair Dock via mini audio cable. I was hoping the S9 would recognize the USB C Corsair Dock and the mini audio speakers plugged in to it ; but is not the case. Please advise.

You may want to play around with the ports on your dock. Usually there is one with a picture of a computer that you connect to the host. In your case it is connected to your Mac. Now, if you wish your screen to see the audio device, it has to be “the host”, so you disconnect your Mac and plug it to your screen instead. Now it should see the audio. Alternatively, you can keep the existing connection but buy some audio-to-Bluetooth converter (check AirFly, they’re good), so you connect your audio to your computer and your screen and switch between them when needed.

I've been doing a side by side with my Lumia 950 Vs Pixel 6 Pro and 9 times out of 10 I prefer the output (no editing) from the Lumia. It's mostly the colours, reds in particular are just spot on with the Lumia but not good at all with the Pixel.

Hello! Seems very nice, and helpful, but I wonder. We would like to keep the main .braw files (huge ones) on our NAS, and I would like to work with my partner on proxy files. My partner is outside my local network, where NAS is. WIll it work? So files are kept on NAS, both proxys and main files (we dont need to have nothing on our computers), and we connect to shared project and work together. Is that right?
@GeeksTable
@GeeksTable 22 күн бұрын
This solution is for syncing the project edits only, it doesn’t do any media sharing. As I showed in the video, I have a full set of files both on my Mac and on my iPad. So if your partner can link their local proxies to the project while working externally, then it should work fine. Needs testing anyway.

does the hagibis charge the phone from the 2nd usb-c wireless or it's just a pass through (if that's the correct term) for normal cable charging?

Yup, it does the pass through charging over the USB-C cable, not wireless.
