Great video, really in depth and I’m glad you showed how to setup a MacBook. I’m pretty new to PC’s and monitors and I was between this and the Studio Display, but I think seeing this video and others I’m sold on this. Mainly because Studio Display seems to be really annoying to connect to a PC (from what I’ve researched) - and seeing as I’m planning to get the monitor for a PC (with my Mac as a secondary sorta thing) I can’t just spending $1000 AUD more on the studio display for it to be a hassle. Just a question because I’m fairly new and all this lingo can confuse me, to connect a PC to the monitor you would you need a mini DP to DisplayPort cable. I think you showed one in the video but I just wanted to see if I’m on the right track. Also are there any limitations with this, like will the camera and mic not work for example - and if so is there a better solution. Sorry for all the questions but if someone has the answers I would love to hear them. Again great video and has made me feel more confident with the direction I’m going, just wanting to have some peace of mind with the questions above :)

I can't speak to the HomePod mini, but I just got a HomePod 2 to connect with my new MBP and after setting it up with my iPhone just as you mentioned is required, it pairs easily with the MBP! Everything sounds great!

Great video. Wish you had shown us some portraits however. The “Apple face look” makes everyone looks this weird, unnatural beige-pink colour. But when I use my old iPhone to take photos (pre iPhone 11) the new iOS updates have made portraits terrible, everyone looks like a cop rose with almost white, grey skin. So I just don’t know what to use for portrait shows anymore.
