Try a belly band for your pelvic pain. Do you have a pregnancy pillow ? I used a regular pillow under my belly when sleeping. I only felt the pelvic pain in my first pregnancy. Newborns feed every two to three hours so you sleep in sections . Nobody likes to talk about the hard part of pregnancy because everyone has a different experience.

Mom of 2 #1 Swing was very helpful a #2 flower bath for the sink because my last pregnancy ended up having a c-section very helpful. #3 humidifier is the only thing little ones can use when sick. #5 breast pump and extra attachments #6 Frida nose sucker #7 baby wash cloths and plenty of baby towels and blankets. #9 baby monitor #10 Dr Browns bottles because they don't swallow a lot of air . The best advice is find a great pediatrician
