Highly recommend Hypnobirthing course whether it be online or in real life. Breathing techniques will really help during labour & delivery if you have a vaginal delivery! Not just the breathing but the information on how your body works during labour and delivery & so much more too. Would have been super lost in the first delivery without that! Also revisited it for second labour delivery for my baby girl who arrived last week ❤
