I simply back into the trailer every single time before I leave. Because I know I’m an @ss and I know I’ll piss people off lol

Yep done that for years. My truck has automatic 5th wheel release from in the cab now. Cant pull it from the outside.

You can also do this when temporarily parking by pulling the trailer Break down and tugging, so you don't have to actually set your trailer brakes. I do this every time I stop Being a female driver.

Hopefully we can all stay civil out there and not stoop to pos levels.

You should always, ALWAYS set your trailer breaks and give it a tug before moving after sitting. Do that and ya don’t have to worry if someone pulled the pin or not 👍

My dad had the misfortune of having to baby sit me when I was too young to go to school. Occasionally he would take me to hang out with his friends at Interstate Motor Lines. I thought he and they were some of the greatest men in the world. I continue to hold truckers in high regard.
