@@Aprilinthekitchen I just got done making this recipe and I think I need to improve on some things. The thickness of the dumplings. I think mine were too thin cause mine came out too chewy. The bright side is they didn't fall apart Yay! I used 2% milk which might make a difference and maybe over working the dough. Also I used chicken thighs instead of a whole chicken, so maybe too much liquid cause I was not able to get the dumplings cooked down like yours. I could have probably done a slurry. I will like and subscribe cause this is so so so close to what my mom used to make. Thank you and I will keep trying. Delicious nonetheless!
