Sorry. They shouldn’t have taken your vape pens. From what I heard it was mostly alcohol that was a problem. Grad night kids sneaking alcohol in. There was also a knife and some glass bottles.

So make up your mind: Is it there is a ton of people there or is it too expensive for people. Let me help you, the Disney Resort has not recovered from COVID and the park numbers are down. The top three keys have been available for months. Universal, Knotts and Legoland have just as many guests if not more. This is just another failure on Disney’s part, plain and simple.

Sure for the rides, not for security. It can be done better and is being done better in every other park.

That’s life. Universal and knotts see a lot less visitors than Disneyland. Thus the quicker lines. Just gotta adjust to the new security guidelines. No big deal. That’s why I get there early. Don’t be negative. Focus on the positive. You’re wealthy enough to go to Disneyland. Be happy. Others can’t even go. There are kids who dream of Disneyland. You should be thankful you’re there. Back to baskets for your phones and wallets and everything has to be passed through screening by security. It is doubling the time it takes to get through security and it has been in effect for two weeks.

That was one of Disney’s many recent missteps.

Other parks don’t have the same issues with security so this is an inefficient system.

There are far more efficient ways to run their security. You don’t see these issues at Universal.

Because I wouldn’t be paying for a ticket right now with the system in its current form. I am hoping people will see the video and save their money. There are better ways to run their security check and people shouldn’t constantly reward Disney for failing.

I would hope Disney would learn from Universal who doesn’t have these issues.

Nope. You will still have to deal with a 30 minute plus security check.

I know it does nothing to assist the function of the sensors but now I have something new to think about every time I park there.

Totally missed the issue. If everyone takes your advice, then the problem moves to Toy Story. The problem is Disney security procedures are incompetent. You don’t have this problem at Universal or Knotts.

Disney recently admitted they lost 50 percent of their cast members after COVID and the new ones aren’t properly trained.

Easy. I give Disney a lot of money per year and I don’t expect much in return but I do expect competent people in charge of security. I don’t think I should be ever inconvenienced as a customer because Disney can’t get its act together.

It is actually worse at park opening.

I heard the same thing but regardless Disney is going to make Earl of Sandwich move. I hear the problem with Porto’s is the space isn’t big enough to support a bakery and a kitchen so they would have to be driving in the bakery items from another location daily.

Hyperspace Mountain is a great overlay for Space Mountain. The grey stuff at Red Rose is good stuff! Glad you got to see the fireworks weather has been a bit unpredictable lately.

Basically you can order all food and drinks at one booth. Decide what you want to order (all of it) and you order the pizza flavored wings and the peach cobbler cocktail, and the bbq pulled pork mac & cheese, and the mickey shaped macaron, and the olive oil cake, etc. at one booth, pay for it there at one time, and your receipt will itemize what you have bought. Then you go to pick up line where that item is and just pick up and the cast member will highlight that item so you know that that is complete. The pick up line is much, much shorter than the order line.

Thank you for the question and sorry it took so long to get back to you. Once you get your sip and savor (it is a must unless you want to way overpay for food and beverages) you get the locations and menus of all the marketplaces. Figure out what items you want to try and go to the marketplace with the smallest line. Order all your food from that marketplace. One thing to note food that is being sold at places that are not marketplaces (ie Paradise Garden Grill) cannot be ordered from a marketplace. You have to walk to those locations and wait in their lines. Once you have ordered and paid for all your food, they will give you a receipt and you walk from marketplace to marketplace going to the pick up line, showing your receipt and receiving your food. If you have more than one person in your party, it is a good idea to have one person grabbed the food while another grabs a table since there are usually more people than tables. I hope this helps.
