Begonia leaves are absolutely gorgeous 🎉 Love the olive trays too...like you want them to be in a dish but not in a pile so they look cuter 🫒💚 Your lavender mist is so pretty! Mine doesn't look like that at all 😂

@@RedEftDesigns thank you! Yes! All lined up is just cuter 🥰 really?! What does your Lavender Mist turn out like?? It gets a lot lighter when I use it on darker clay. It’s one of my favs. I think it was a little thin this time.

I really like the unglazed garlic keepers too. I really like the olive dishes too!! Hoe cool to have a local place to get glaze! That’s awesome!!❤ OOOH the leaves are soo cool! The shadows from the glaze happen sometimes. I think that’s why your onions had the bit of color on them. It’s called offgassing. Just remember to not put things glazed with that color next to anything you don’t want that color on. ❤

@MugwortsArtcraft3 күн бұрын
@@Shawnreidpottery hi thanks for being here! I only measure my clay when I throw 😬 but maybe half a pound. It ends up being about a foot long and maybe 2 inches wide. Just large enough to fit a line of olives.

@@micheledickey4066 🤩🤩🤩 thank you so much! Idk why underglazes are so expensive. I get that reds and yellows are expensive but I just paid $58 for a pint of flame orange yesterday 🫣
@micheledickey40665 күн бұрын
@ I don’t get why ANY of them are that high. I get that the materials can be expensive but they don’t have to charge that much! Mayco makes glazes for half the price of Amaco and that just proves that some companies are way overpriced. I did try speedball underglazes and was shocked at how terrrible they are! I even sieved them all and mixed them with a mixer and they are still just horrible! I bought 18 bottles and it took me 2 days to do that to all of them!

What an adorable idea!! Love how you pressed the door in! Just an fyi. If you don’t fire your midfire clay to full vitrification and use water in it, it will absorb the moisture and leak. The moisture will eventually eat away at the clay and glaze and ruin the piece but that takes a few years.
