This is the only pair I have from AMGYM, but I can guess that with the increased thickness in 25, 35, and 45, they should last. I use them on rubber mats, I have not tested them on concrete

@WillMassFit21 күн бұрын
@@hairysquatter These colored ten pound plates look far better than they perform. They are thin and flimsy. As shown in the other video, the CAP 55 pound plates are thick, and very solid. I also have a pair of CAP elite 25s, and they have held up well. I even bought my CAP 25s used, and still in like new condition. Skip these flimsy white 10s

Just some friendly advice, control the weight on the way don’t and don’t roll the bar on the ground after each rep
@WillMassFitАй бұрын
@nicklesm202 Controlled eccentric is a great way to build muscle with eccentric overload. I am doing this exercise to specifically help me build strength in my overhead press. Competition overhead press only involves the concentric and the lockout, so I am less concerned with building muscle with this exercise execution. I use cable and dumbbell skull crushers for volume with a controlled eccentric. I drop the bar above me to not actually crush my skull.

This is how you build comradery and friendship and positive communication with your brothers. Cultivation of positive masculinity and good habit development from early on with a positive regimen and work ethic and philosophy in life. Most important you're giving those young men confidence and that's priceless.
