Someone bears the name Agbor in Cross River does not make the person an Ika. There is Ika in Akwa ibom state. That does not mean they are same as Ika in Delta State Ijebu IGBO is in the west does not make them IGBOs. So stop laying claim to name same or similar to yours as yours Indeed OBAMA is in Japan but President Obama bore that name as a Kenyan.

The man gave his name as chukwuemeka and others. Is chukwuemeka a Bini name. Two thing are going on here. The man is an off spring of Beni people who invaded and dominated that area so his allegiance tilts towards his Bini ancestors, it could be also that the man has no clue what he is talking about as old age doesn't always mean wisdom. The interviewer narrowed his interview to only this man, where he is likely to achieve the expected outcome and answers. So how authentic is that? To get a correct sample of repondants Talk to wide aray of igbanke people that will give you a wider spread, not just one man who may have an agenda.

Tales by moonlight 🌙, I thought Emeke Acha, BIA are Igbo language not knowing that it's Bini language. This man is a sold-out because of politics. I am from Igbontor Igbanke and we never speak Bini language. Bini people called us ovwie Ika, our names are not same. Shame on him.

1. Chukwuemeke is now Bini language. Emeke is standard name in Anambra, Enugu etc and probably other places with certain people. 2. In Bini, if some hausa settles on Bini after travelling there and settling down, does that it make Bini hausa😂? 3. So Igbanke is not Ika people and Ukwuani is Igbo to this man😢? Igbo are only in delta state? My father buy Igbo records to play😂.

A man that said Igbanke is closed to Okene! Just imagine his story. A man that said Oba Ovarumen ran to igbontor before he was taken to Calabar, where in Bini history is that written? Where is it written in Nigeria history? Moreover Igbanke don't have boundaries with bini self.

@petermgbeke9094 Ikas and Bini's are not cousins, rather the kingship of Bini and Agbor are two brothers who are dragging who's the head , when they crown one in Bini the Other came down to Agbor and established his kingdom that's part of the reasons Agbor and Bini don't get along too much those days. This is part of the reasons when Igbanke and Agbor have misunderstanding that lead the people of igbontor to seek Oba assistant ( protection), so if anyone is talking about Igbanke relating to Bini without mentioning why Igbanke people left Agbor palace then the person is lying.

When a man is talking lies it is easy to detect, when did Igbanke language change? When majority of us speak Ika language. while didn't OZA language change? The Justice Olubor wife that is a professor at university of Benin is part of those who formed Ika staff association at uniben. The Benin Association they didn't agreed that she's Bini. Make this man they deceived him children na them go do the fight not we that know the truth.
