I never got an iPhone when I was a teen, basically cause they were far too expensive in my country and importing stuff wasn't as easy. So it was always a mini dream for me. Now at 28, lots of iPod videos started showing up on my YT timeline and I thought "I can afford it now, should I?" and I just went ahead and bought it. 80 GB iPod Classic 6th gen. I kinda love it. Back in the day, I used to spend hours organising my music library; changing file names, downloading cover arts and whatnot. It was a fun weird hobby of mine then and I got to do it again today. Seeing my perfectly organised library on my own iPod is way more fun and satisfying I thought this would be. All in all, I'm so happy to finally have one haha :D

One thing I've heard about the Kindle system is that Amazon can modify or even completely delete books that you "bought" from them. Doubleplus ungood!

I bought a basic Kindle a year ago and have been using it almost every day since, and I still don't see a reason to upgrade to a different model.

You should definitely try Structured! It’s been my favorite productivity app since 2022 it’s much better in visualizing time blocking much better than google calendar in my opinion but you can still sink calendars and reminders!

It would behoove those to remember that the B&W versions have far-superior PPI. At least twice that of the colour models. Why bother when you can get a full-colour tablet that has full high-quality colour for the same price?

I bought one as soon as they came out when the price was 252. I exchanged it not only because of the yellow band but because of ghosting issues with leftover words from previous pages showing through. They sent me a new one that they assured me was in perfect condition. The ghosting issue was addressed but the yellow band was not. It's really not worth the new price. I have had the Kindle 3g, the discontinued Kindle Voyage, the kindle paper white, and the 8 and 10 inch fire tablets. Colorsoft is the worst one they have ever come out with.

With the Libra fo to the font settings hit advanced and see if making the text heavier of that will make the contrasts better.

@eileens_behindthescenes I wanted to love the Kobo Libra Colour (best of all worlds - colour AND notebook) but I couldn't get on with it. I've got a Kindle Oasis and a Scribe, and the Kobo text just wasn't punchy enough for me. Looking at it next to the Amazon devices, it was hugely different and the quality of the Kindles is very apparent. I also found the writing experience bad compared to the Scribe - the pen lagged and it felt like writing on a tablet, compared to the Scribe's paper-like quality. I also couldn't get some of the books I wanted on the Kobo; the ecosystem is definitely more limited but, on the plus side, I think it's easier to download library books on the Kobo. I sent it back though, as it just felt meh in comparison to the Kindles. But I do feel Amazon hasn't upped their game enough with this year's offerings. I was hoping there would be a 7-inch colour Scribe (so the Scribe in miniature but with colour) or, even, a full-sized colour Scribe. Maybe they're just getting their colour teething problems out of the way on a cheaper device? Side note - your lipstick colour is lovely; what is it?

As an autistic person, for me its hard finding both comfortable and affordable outfits but I also like certain styles that usually have very fitted clothing! I absolutely love the kawaii aesthetics and the lolita aesthetics, even ones like pastel goth and certain kinds of scene goth but Im autistic and those kinds of styles are very tight and fitted! But then also, I also don't have enough money TO be picky about my style that I like, so I just have to choose whats most comfortable and affordable! Like, why does life have to be so cruel when it comes to wanting to look cute but everything you find cute feels uncomfortable as heck 😭 As far as fabrics and textures, I really love soft and loose clothing! Also, I mean loose clothing in a sense where it doesn't hug my body! I like clothing thats either loose or goes along with my body and not against my body! And I also don't like the texture of jeans either, but I do like very soft and smooth fabric. I also really love things that stretch! I also really like knitted and crochet feeling things, especially knitted sweaters, they feel nice! I don't think having autism is horrible, but I absolutely hate how it affects how I dress cause I really want to dress in those styles that I mentioned before but my autism makes me have sensory issues so I can't ತ⁠_⁠ʖ⁠ತ

I hate it when you tap on the box. It's irritating. Why can't people just open the freaking box? Also irritating is when they have to tap on the kindle. 😡 2 minutes and 22 seconds in and I'm done watching. QUIT TAPPING ON EVERYTHING!!!!!

Thx for your review. I think Kobo Libre is too big for me. Just like Kindle Oasis I don't like the size. I am using Kindle Signature, I am happy with it. But you know, people always want the new thing. I might try the Kobo Clara color.

Apple added 16 gb to all base models unless someone is buying old stock from a retailer. Old stock is not on sale enough to justify the lower RAM and normally it is for sale on Amazon for the same price as the new base spec with 16 GB RAM.
