I made citrus curd yesterday, using the Cookidoo recipe but using mandarin/orange juice, as that was the fruit I needed to use. I then couldn't find white sugar, so I used Rapadura! So it looks like caramel sauce, lol. But it tastes great, maybe I'll use some for this recipe!

Hi Turbo is very useful. Its used in some recipes for chopping and also great when you want to clean a dip or cake mixture off the blades. Scarpe the bowl out first then turbo and everything round your blades will be pushed out onto the walls of the bowl making it easier to scrape

Question for you! If I’m using a bread machine recipe, how would I modify? The recipe says to kneed in machine for one hour. Do I need to modify any of the ingredient ratio for thermomix? And how long would I knees on thermomix to match the bread machine?

Thanks - I have a heap of turneric I was planning to dehydrate for powder. I love the idea of making this just before I make the chicken turmeric bone broth. Btw I don't peel turmeric but you could use the peels of both the ginger and turmeric in the bone broth. I wouldn't need to clean the bowl in between.
