This has been the only Chole recipe I have used for a few years now because it is the best one.

700 g spinach 1 - 2 onions 2-3 medium tomato Paneer 8-10 garlic cloves Minced ginger (1 inch piece minced) 4-6 green or red chillies 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp cream 4-6 tbsp ghee 2 tsp lemon juice Salt 3 tsp 1 tsp coriander powder 3/4 tsp roast cumin power 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Help! Every time I make paneer it doesn't hold up very well. Meaning it falls apart after I add it to the curry. What can I do to make it maintain its shape under heat?
