This is unfortunately happening all over the world. Governments are shutting down farmers to save a bit of money and instead import all the food from overseas. In Norway where I live we have the exact same issue. Farmers are forced to close up because they simply cannot afford it. I wonder what both the UK and Norwegian government will say if we end up in war and all our food sources are shut down. People will literally starve to death because some government knob heads want to save money..
