This is a live session but not a live recording. They have layers and doubling in the song that was done in post. If you are interested she has one take vocals on youtube, "judgment and punishment" is a great mashup of metal and reggae all one take for the vocals.

song starts in 7/4 the second part of the verse is 3/4 and the chorus is five bars of 4/4. Once you find the groove or pulse of the song, it just follows that. Hope that helps a little.

Fun vid. I watched another one, and you just got me into Hopsin, great stuff, way smart and deep. And his skill rediculous. Dude, Jinjer has super deep lyrics and composition. Pisces song is named after the horoscope, the twin fish, duality, watery smooth flow then heavy crash. Check out their song Teacher, Teacher. Oh, and Judgment & Punishment. The band has been very open about their love for Hip-Hop and Reggae, and it shows in those two songs

It`s quite simple. The first part of that song is Schlager, well,, German Schlager. Either you love it or you hate it, there is almost nothing in-between. It is that kind of commercial music made only to make money, the copies of the copies. Now, you migtht wonder wether Electric Callboys like Schlager.... 🤣🤘

About monster voices, the woman who inspired Tati to learn how to growl Otep Shamaya does voiceover work for games and film. Fun reaction. There is a lot of editing on this, concert videos are better. I've seen them twice and they were great. I agree with the recommendations to do Perennial live at Wacken next. Checking out the lyrics is well worth it. Tatiana is a great lyricist. Subbing. Cheers! P.s. you understood more of the growls your first time than I did my first few dozen heh. Kudos.

@@jnuff_tv Even in the "old days" (in regards to EC that means 2010 to the end of 2019 / beginning of 2020) when they were a more or less standard metalcore band, they already had a humorous attempt. When the original lead singer Sushi left to found a solo project and they casted Nico (blond wig) as the new clean vocalist, they decided to introduce him to the fans with an over the top - all in - no holds barred song and video, which was Hypa Hypa (mission accomplished). The rest is partycore history. Two years later: People: Now we've seen it all and expect you guys to go crazy so you just can't surprise us anymore! EC: Here is our new song and video Hurrikan. People: WTF!? EC: Ooops, we did it again!

@@jnuff_tv is a great performance thats still a bit on the softer end of the Jinjer spectrum. :) also very deep lyrics about how Tatiana's chronic depression gets more severe in the winter as she sees nature die around her. It seems like she wrote the song to remind herself that spring will come and she can make it through.

Welcome to Jinjer. They are a lot like a jazz band; they love playing around with timing. They are great musicians and Tatiana is one of the best frontwomen in the business. To appreciate how good they are, react to their live performances. I recommend "Perennial" live at Wacken for a future reaction. Get the lyrics before hand because they are poetic.

This is a Ukrainian band and Tatiana is self taught with years of practice.She’s also a Pisces which has a fish sign in astrology I believe but you need to see them on stage with a live video performance.Suggest Perennial live at Wacken a German music festival or a darker Pit of Consciousness live Kiev from 2019 in their home country Ukraine before the invasion
