I don't think Americans understand how good coffee can be. I know Mo is from Egypt, which is very near Ethiopia. And Ethiopian coffee is THE BEST COFFEE you could ever drink. I never liked coffee until I flew on Ethiopian Airlines to go to Ghana. Omg! I sat beside an Ethiopian man, who was just as engaging as Mo is, and he encouraged me to try the coffee. This man's pride in his country left a lasting impression on me.

Very beautiful grace and love from you both. Thank you for sharing this, it helps, I believe, healing for very many people. 💛 I did learn that there is no hierarchy in suffering. I too feel we have a duty to the innocents. Thank you both xx

The well-known American economist and professor at Columbia University, Jeffrey Sachs, stated that the goal of the NATO aggression against Yugoslavia was not to save the "oppressed" Muslim population of Albanian origin, but rather to dismember Serbia in order to achieve America's goals.

Ohhh 😢 I was listening to this podcast and i cried in silence. I am from Kosovo and those stories are familiar to us. I just can't believe and understand how those people (Serbian)never said sorry--to any nation from ex Yugosllavia. Is sooo sad and sick. Wish you all the best in your future ❤️ Mo ,you are amazing.

I like that you both are arguing material power or materialism versus networking powering or ideological power. And how to organize them into which is the priority to create our space on the hill against powers at be. Thank you!

So painful to watch, 😭😭😭 so grateful to both of you... Lurata's story needs to be listen as many time to find the message for us in how we can contribute to make this world a better place to live for those who are still on these days going through the same hell Lurata went through. Thank you Mo for bringing this stories to our attention. May the Divine Source that keeps us all as one keep you safe, happy and healthy Lurata. Hugs from Mexico.

As a gistlry teacher, every time I hear Nassem I see that he uses lies as facts. For example, he claims that the Gaza population increased since 1998 500% because they were expelled from Israel. That's a lie because after 1948 no palestinian was expelled from Israel

Thank you, Mo, for this video although it was very difficult to watch. Words and phrases to describe what Lurata has been through and gone through, (she is an inspiration, a testament to the human spirit), for example, seems inadequate. But I will say it anyway. That she has pulled through that hell and is now living her life with, dare I say it, dignity, is a miracle. Lurata, you are a gift to us all. You deserve special thanks, Mo, for your kindness and gentleness in the way you handled this discussion. It was reminiscent of what Yeonmi Park went through when she escaped North Korea. There are millions of these horrific stories. They serve as a constant reminder that the world can be a horrible place sometimes.

I’ve read all of Stephen‘s books. And I’ve even taken his training course. I have enormous respect for Steven and I truly believe that he has genuine experience with the flow state on a personal level. However, I truly believe that the way that Stephen talks about flow and, the process of experiencing it is pointed to something that is not actually flow. It’s a valuable psychological state, of course, but it’s not flow. Here’s an example: one of Stephen’s favorite phrases is “to get your biology to work for you instead of against you.” When you look closely at the Praxis of this inside of Flow research collective, this turns out to be a formula for stimulating the production of a cascade of neurochemicals because they are found when researching people who are experiencing flow. But the first rule of science is that correlation does not equal causation. The cascade of neurotransmitters and the flow state itself are epiphenomena of one another rather than The former being the cause of the latter. In yoga science, there’s a term for this as well called “mutually arising.“

This needs to be taught in every Middle School and be continuing education into High School just as Mathematics is. It is integral to the overall health and ability of our children. When digested and implemented the sky is the limit for a best life.
