How are not us infantry that is objectively better than any other basic rifle infantry there, and rangers who eat any other squad for breakfast there?

I personally love the SSF and Gurkhas. I love how the SSF commandos don't have to pay to get LMGs and Bazookas and can easily switch between the two

I have to say, your tip on weapon teams was a game changer for me. I had been using them so wrong before to the point where, with MG teams, I really didn't like them or understand how others used them effectively compared to emplacements. They were so much better at area denial when used in the way you suggested. I would add that you need to remember to pack them up again once the immediate threat has been dealt with so that they are ready for the next one

Was hoping for specific tips on the actual battlefield, one comment hit the nail on the head with cannon friendly fire. It decimates your troops 🤦🏻‍♂️ Calvary with rifles will do the same, or even infantry behind other infantry

I play since CoH2 and i always was in love with allies fraction but bro, German is even more on steroids in this game. Of course if u know what you doing. Panzer IV tanks, for mech 0flak emplacements , bunkers, for defense lutwaffe relay points, from get go short range, long range, air support. You have additiona resource to spare and you need to quickly help frontline on second side of a map without time to build them and come all the way to you from base? paratroopers why not That's even stronger than CoH2 mech rush on wehrmacht. But of course i can be mistaken

Ouch, stats of English archers are really poor. I only did 1 campaign of Byzantium in SS and it was infuriating that I didn't really have access to good archers. Turns out Mouratoi (locals you recruit from Anatolia/Balkans) are pretty much the same.

Thanks for the great guide, just came back to RTW with the remaster. I was just wondering: In the trade overview screen of the cities, some resource icons are displayed in colour while others are white or greyed out. Would you know the reason or the impact of this?

Yeah not the best list. No 1 are Rangers, 2 Guastatori, 3 Wehrmacht Pgrens and Stoßtruppen are actually trash, not in the top5

Number one is so surprising. They look like horribly equipped african/asian slaves and yet they are the best? The most important is arguably the english channel id say, its the terminus for every node after all. Meaning usually whoever owns it, makes the most ducats

SSF Commando have generalist type infantry gone anti killing spree infantry or tank scrap duty they had ability to switch their primaries with anti tank bazooka SSF Commando also had ability to knife insta kill throw on infantry making the best of the best infantry squad SSF Commando can switch their primaries permanently meaning they swap out their Johnson or M1919 to their Bazooka to make even for the likes of Generalist infantry of Guardsmen
