I expect you know this by now but your control settings seem to be a bit messed up. Are you able to add players to the ruck manually by pressing x and remove them with triangle? I maybe confusing some with other years but you can influence the line out throw by pushing the analogue stick in one direction or another which would cause the not straight. A bit ruff getting a pen for a first offence in your game. Pressing the direction keys to set defence set up and or attack. You could take control of the full back by pressing a button when an up and under was kicked by the opposition. I think the unbeatable move was to get out to the wing and grubber past the last defender by pressing triangle. You can change the amount of stoppages in settings too. You can also change the zoom level and position of the camera. Enjoyed this thanks MaD Dragon

2011 is smooth , but it is more or less the same. Wish they could remaster 08 and we can play it on next gen console.

This game is amazing . Those challenge modes has also to do with history of world cups and how there were shocks in pools and how it was won. I think we need this in Rugby 24 too

This was by far one of the WORST rugby games ever made ! You need to look back at Rugby 08 ,

I have same team but without maxxing stats, got to 92. Then created a best team with real players: (Kitchoff, Mbonambi, Nyakane, Etzebeth, Skelton, Kolisi, Hooper, Vermeulen, Dupont, Cooper, Colbe, Am, Laumape, Ioane, Hogg) A real Springbok team: (Nche, Kitchoff, Nyakane, Etzbeth, Snyman, Kotisi, Coetzee, Vermuelen, Jantjies, Pollard, Mapimpi, Am, Serfontein (or de Allende), Kolbe, Willemse) And lastly a Pacific Islanders team (Samoa, Tonga and Fiji players only): (Tameifuna, Taione, Alaalatoa, Tekori, Nakarawa, Amosa, Yato, Lokotui, Matawalu, Nanai-Williams, Radradra, Nayacalevu, Naqalevu, Tuisova, Volavola). I balanced it out a bit to represent each country and only use real players. All cards fused, Cohesion maxxed for all 4 career slots. Then the Career mode crashes (resets). Has happened to me twice (over 100h in game). Took screenshots to prove team was created. Dunno if i should build my career and SP up again....

If they just continued on with this game. The jump from 2011 to 2015 was downwards and horrible!!! If 2011 had clubs and more comps, and was fully licensed it would be the greatest.
