After your ospreys career would it be worth considering maybe one based in the prem with a more main stream high achieving team to almost make it more realistic almost like bath or another team like that

Love the content. Still disappointed with the game, it still somehow looks like rll4 gameplay wise but plays worse, and that game is 8 years old!

Been gagging to see what the bench was going to look like 😂 so interesting watch as always! Let’s hope that there will be a pre match team management option with a wider squad of reserves included to draft in to the matchday squad. Lots of names missing that I was hoping to see on the bench ie Edward’s, Nagy, Deaves, Conbeer etc. Have you had chance to look at the benches for some of the other regions?

Happy new year ! Nice game despite some gameplay issues like the invincible attacking players that can't be tackled and the conversion kicking mechanics. But there are some funny moments, like the referee glitch were he whistles like a cricket, or the grubber kicks going backwards in a previous video offering a lot of laugh. Best wishes for a great new year, with more Rugby 25 videos from you Mad Dragon, and more gameplay improvements in the next Early Access releases from Big Ants. Because gameplay is the core pillar of this game. And off course, God willing, looking forward for the full release of Rugby 25!

Happy New Year mate. Still plenty of issues with the game, I personally always try to loook for the funny side of the glitches and stuff because until they update it more theres no point getting mad at them like some other people do. The vanishing players gets a chuckle me every time, and the camera shots of a wall or some stairs at the end of a match for no reason. 😂 Really hoping they do fix some of the gameplay issues like the bump off's, the conversion kicks are really inconsistent now. And my biggest hope, they fix the names to actually STAY ON SCREEN! Because it would help me when trying to commentate on the games 😂

Will absolutely be looking for some streams at some point, might not be for EA7, I am experiencing so many issues with the current build which you will see more of in the next episode. Ive told BigAnt about them, but currently crashes galore which would make for a pretty rubbish stream. Really hoping they add the 6 Nations teams in January so we can do a 6 Nations stream.

Will there be set plays in Rugby 25, including one being the wrap around pass (loop)? Love your videos, keep up the great work. I’m loving the URC series, also happy new year 🥳

Happy new year mate, Im really hoping they add set plays at some point, I thought they would come with the tactics implementation, but unfortunately it was justt he defence setup thing that doesnt really do anything. Hopfully BigAnt keep the updates coming.

It’s annoying to watch the rucks delay. It’s like they’ve just used the rugby league game for the tackles and they wait for the play the ball to enter the ruck. Also if you’re isolated it should be an immediate turnover or penalty for not releasing. Is there a release button after a tackle? They really need to fix the flat passing, those deep passes ruin the flow and breaks you make. Other than that it seems like they are making good progress

The graphics have improved a lot since June, they just need to fix most of the animations. Only then Rugby 25 will look like a ps4/ps5 game

Yeah still lots of areas people arent happy with. EA7 also seems to have brought with it a bit of a backwards step with the grass graphics which is visible in the next episode.

@MaDDragonRugby I think the previous grass was the main cause of the poor performance. Still, the current one is not so bad, it has a more uniform color.

Can see the final product being really good. I hope they change the player models and running style and make them more realistic. Better tackle bust animations as well and actually being able to pull them off more often.

The try by williams around the 28th minute was pretty good. If they can adjust the timing and speed of the two receivers outside of the lead runner, thomas, it will be much better. Good stuff though.

Im not sure if theyve improved any timing wise with the receivers in EA7, this episode is still from EA6. I really like those attacking recievers, but seen lot of people complaining about the players catching the ball behind them and impacting th espeed of play, so will have to see what changes in th enext episode.

@@MaDDragonRugby that second receiver needs to run like a bat out of hell at the line. Feels like he's uncertain and hesitating a little. The 3rd receiver, Williams, did pretty much a perfect line. The cherry on top would be if a 4th receiver ran the crash ball line outside of Williams and the 5th ran the same shape that Williams was on

@@MaDDragonRugby Also upon re watching it the bigger problem is he stops on a dime and back peddles and then glitches about forward and back super quickly. He should just commit to the line he was running and over run the pass. If the ball carrier can delay the pass and hit him flat then he's a weapon at that pace

Great stuff as always! If you haven’t already recorded the next game, it would be great if you could take a moment to go through the subs. And seen as it’s a follow Welsh team.. maybe even you could change sides and have a quick look at the scarlets bench? Noticed a lot of the teams have some of their best players on the bench i.e. Dupont for France. Be very keen to see what there is to bring in for the Welsh regions. …optimistic I know with the Welsh regions 😂

All the animations in this game are horrible. It doesn't look realistic at all. These guys don't do motion capture? I really hope these aren't final animations for goal kicking and passing.

Honestly I wish we could adjust what angle you approach the ball from as the kicker and how many steps you take in your approach. Also wish we could use multiple types of tees and change your ball position on the tee. Please Big Ant 🙏🙏

Also please add more depth to the kicking system this update doesn't really change anything except thay you can slice the kick. Nothing about how much distance you put on it, the height or the type of technique that the kicker uses. Not to mention how you can't kick short off the kickoff like MadDragon points out. Please Big Ant I want to root for you but it's becoming increasingly difficult.
