I bought this fragrance years ago! At least 10....not sure if it was new then.....Itbwas a really nice scent back then....it randomly popped in my mind so I checked prices..and got a new bottle for 11 bucks! A steal.

it doesn't smell bad. it smells like a real, mature, men. Females of this generation won't understand, real men are not being produced in these modern times, only soft, unconfident, girly-boyish type.

I agree with you that you shouldn't try to encourage friends to try these vintage styles when they're starting their "fragrance journey" I started collecting 2 years ago and disliked Chypres and Barbershop frags, but then started getting bored with the blues and unisex scents. Now I REALLY appreciate the classics as well as the "new school" and have actually started to crave them. That comes with time and developing your nose I believe😊

Trussardi riflesso smells like ysl lhome not like ysl la nuit.

They should have named this one, thallium green, it is very herbal aromatic, the basil, clary sage, and geranium really make themselves known. The shape of the bottle I believe the house was trying to go for a barbershop pole. Thallium black I would consider a barber shop type fragrance. my bottle is almost two years old now, and maturation has seemed to improve it, much smoother than when I first got it. I am mostly into sweet, woody, florals and spicy, but this is one of the few "green" type scents I like maybe because it has some spice in it to backup the green herbaceous notes.

Compare it to Issey Miyake WOOD&WOOD!!! Dry down is identical. Also The One by D&G Compare all three. Not much in it…

If people can get past the intial 5 mins of that "Charred Wood note" WOW! it calms down to a smokey, dark yet bright thing of beauty! I recommend it!
