I use Penrite Molygrease EP 3%, This grease features molybdenum disulphide (moly) for added protection and shock resistance, suitable for ball joints, CV’s and universal joints. Great for use in all-weather applications with resistance to wash out and anti-corrosion properties

Great video. The screech at 2:30 is the clutch shoes against the bell (same concept as brake squeal) - just clean up the mating surfaces and you're good to go. Leave the rubbers seals in place, but remove the O-rings during cleaning, because they may swell from the solvent. Glad you managed to keep your lovely shoes white, lol! Twist and go!!! 🙂

I couldn't believe when you said you bought a rear pulley that was covered in grease and didn't remove the grease before installing the pulley 😲...Mate, it's normal for the rear pulley to keep flinging all the excess grease for a while after being serviced every 8000-10000 like my ceramic Polini speed drive Evo3 does so while keeping everything clean in the proximity of the the rear pulley we also got to keep taking the clutch bell out every now and then in order to give it a thorough cleaning on the inside of it because that's exactly where most of the flinged grease will be,then using some fine grit sandpaper on the contact area of the clutch pads in order to remove the glazed friction surface will give back some of its grip. Degreasing the clutch pads will have to be done each and every time too, I also give them a smooth sanding after degreasing them just to increase their grip a bit more and also to make sure all the grease particules have been eliminated.👍🏻🙋🏻‍♂️
