New TWH Clutch/Clutch Cover/Fuel Pump/Fuel Line Install

This is part 2 of the unboxing and first impression video I recently uploaded. In this video I will be installing the parts from that video. Most of the parts were easy enough to install aside from the fuel pump which was quite difficult but not impossible.
I hope this video will be useful to anyone thinking about installing some similar parts. Feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions.

It was a pretty solid trans set although since then I have been using mostly Jiso/RRGS trans parts.

Which is better a stock crankshaft or full volume cranksaft for Dio.? What will be the advantages and disadvantages?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by full volume crankshaft but I guess you're referring to a larger crank upgrade. Defining what is better or not is difficult as it all depends on what you want from your scooter. A longer stroke crank will increase power. The advantages and disadvantages generally will come down to how much you want to spend on a crank. A high quality crank and cylinder kit will have few disadvantages as long as the person installing the parts knows what he/she is doing but buy cheap and potential loss of longevity and reliability will be the disadvantages. I hope this helps.

You don't have to upgrade the crank if you upgrade the block if you are keeping the block less than 48mm. Anything more than that would need a crank really.

wat is the spec of ur cvt kit? if i am only using the stock block and carb for my af18. what center spring, clutch spring ang roller weights is appropriate to make it a bit faster?

You could try a 1000rpm centre spring and 1000rpm clutch springs. If you can, get a set of 6g, 7g, 8g rollers and see what works best for you. Also it is important to make sure belt fitment is good and if you're making CVT adjustments, make sure that the carb is adjusted accordingly.

Personally, I would say that it is not necessary to install gears on a stock block but if you really want to, go with 16/42. 👍

Main jet is 120 but seems a hair rich. That being said, rich lives longer! Haha

I get the parts from various shops around Thailand. There are at least 10 that I know of within the Bangkok and surrounding areas. Hi what mm filter 6 or 7 ? and what fuel lines do you put on

I'm not 100% sure what mm it is to be honest. The fuel lines are TWH brand silicone hoses. They sell them here for like £3.50 for 1m. The old ones needed replacing and the TWH ones seem like a good option.
