Hi Pere, can i ask what percentage as a bracket you would recommend for the pin pull ups? I'm considering using it as back off sets to help overcome the sticking point at 90⁰. Thank you for a great video. 💪

Can i progress my weighted pull ups with these for reps?
@Holabuenas7Күн бұрын
Well you can but normal pull ups are way better he does this variation because he has a sticky point in the beginning and for that reason he wants to get stronger in that point if thats your cause it can work very well for you but i will still believe that for normal persons is better just make a planification of strength and be progresive and wheb you get very strong in that star looking for sticky points

Hi Pere! A few questions for you as I am currently training to be a streetlifting athlete: 1. Why did you train dips without elbow sleeves and wrist wraps in this session? 2. What is your rest time between the different exercises? 3. Do you go through bulking and cutting phases to gain strength at some periods and lose fat at other periods? You are a beast athlete, well done brother! Thank you!

you had hard work and you got paid off, but you also sacrificed your planche, iron cross, one arm front lever ... to achieve that, which I think might not be a great trade-off
