Llevo poco tiempo mirando esto del streetlifting, simplemente me gusta el gimnasio pero me da curiosidad saber porque en streetlifting o calistenia los discos de lastre se ponen tan lejos del centro, osea en los pies, ¿es por comodidad o algo asi? yo me lo pongo donde da la cadena y queda a la altura de la rodilla como mucho jaja

A question I've had for a while: how much of your arm- and shoulder muscle growth do you attribute to isolation exercises vs compound exercises? Were you able to develop your arms and shoulders solely through pulls and dips, or have you always supplemented with isolation exercises? Also - what kind of accessory exercises do you do when you're not peaking?

I do add several isolation exercises. I woukd say that more than half of my muscle mass comes from there. You will see when I make a video in the next block ;)
