My favorite brand is metabo hpt. But skils selection of 12v tools for tinkering on your car or wood shop at home is impeccable especially for the price

They are all pretty much made in the same Chinese factory by proprietary components made for all name brand and off brand named cordless tools. Sometimes the off brands cordless tools are better feel ergonomically. 😅

Both amazing tools. Not sure what’s all this “faster” comparisons are all about. I have most ridgid and a few ryobi tools. Most of the ridgid tools I’ve had for years. Just started buying some of the newer Ryobi ONE line and I absolutely love them. Had most of them for 3 yrs now. Still strong as new. Good enough for me as a DIY guy and work around the house.

Tienes que apretar muy fuerte para que teabaje y con el tiempo tus dedos duelen, también esta persona no mostró como limpiar los 2 filtros que trae, definitivamente no me gusta y no la recomiendo, en turbo dura 5 minutos 😂.

I may buy a Ryobi impact just to see how long it last it seems good and like gets the job done but I Wana know for how long I own DeWalt and my DeWalt tools are golden . They definitely outlasted my Milwaukee co workers. There tools seem to heat up alot easier

I hate this handle!!! hurts my wrist and im a bigger dood. a D handle would've made a big difference. Kobalt cares more about styling than operator comfort Look elsewhere folks. close, but not there!

Overpriced!
@stinkycheese80421 күн бұрын
Out of the box experience is important, but doesn't matter much to me compared to battery and tool longevity. Usually when the price is too good to be true, one if not both of these things suffers. If it cost 1/2 as much but only lasts 1/3rd as long, that's something I want to know because I don't think that leaves are going to stop falling in fall, any year soon. One thing very annoying to me is that even with a $150 battery, mine only gets about 10-15 minutes of runtime and that seems about par for the course for anything with decent performance. I mean sure you could get the double capacity battery, and then you're spending $250 for 25 minutes of runtime, while I recall my old 2 stroke would get about that on a tank and take 30 seconds to refill that tank, and all in it was less than $150, not tool cost plus $250, and then another $250 every few years when a new battery is needed. I love the convenience of cordless leaf blowers, and am finding myself using them for apps I wouldn't have for my 2 cycle, but it's definitely at a cost. I wish there were more brands that took 2 x 18V/20V batteries so I could just put in two of my 18V batteries from other tool sets to power them. IMO 36/40V is about the minimum threshold to get work done, however for lawn leaves, I usually just mulch mow them and only need the blower to get them out of spots where I can't mulch mow them, to areas where I can.

there is a ~$100 one i found that claims a peak of 700ft-lbs of torque

Do you have an explanation on why the kobalt has that initial jerk/torque spike when the trigger is slightly pulled? It feels like a design feature but no other impacts are doing it this way I think,
