@abdoashraf4655 2 күн бұрын
Maybe it's not a spinal issue that interferes with your nervous system or nerves that innervate the stomach including the vagus nerve. Try to find another cause of your chronic acid reflux problem such as zinc deficiency, vitamin b and iron deficiencies can be a contributing cause of acid reflux, hiatus hernia, helicopacter paylori, chronic stress may be also a cause of your acid reflux as that can make your sympathetic nervous system more active and override your vagus nerve role in optimizing stomach acid.

Hello, Dr. Soh.. My question is where is your clinic to address you? I have a spine problem for more than 30 years, and I have not found a correct treatment, and I am very tired. Did you kindly give me your address and thank you.

Had an amazing dr chiropractor did the gonstead method gets alot more attention to all subluxations and inbalances not just one usually there is morw than one and doctors don’t always do the samw thing or enough. Been to a few and had lots of injuries. Along with good and bad attention from pts so somehow I keep going to a degree. Pilates machine and pelvic health pt fixed almost everything while doing stuff then got out of whack must not be balanced when doing certain movements i never got resolved yet that cause the sciatica. Ifci swim with fins like snorkeling i can handle it the best . No closed toe shoes for me only Birkenstock comfort type. It made my feet stronger but it all goes away if you don’t continue
