The body is an amazing thing. It will adjust to protect itself but causes more damage & problems trying to overcompensaate. I have spinal arthritis & have muscle spasms so severe that they've caused misalignment/scoliosis in my "indestructible" thoracic spine. I also have the pelvic twist issue. Most people do because it's believe to start in the womb. The body just goes with it causing issues as we age

Fun fact it takes 9-12yrs on average to get a diagnosis for sjogrens syndrome. It can also cause the main moisture glands in the mouth to get impacted similar to a pimple. It's 1 of the 5 AI diseases that I'm blessed with. When the immune system thinks parts of the body is an enemy & attacks it makes everyday a run ride

Because it's the Gonstead method developed by Dr. Clarence Gonstead. Dr. Gonstead is widely regarded as one of the greatest chiropractors in history. He is probably the only one because he unmaped the final blueprints of the body, biomechanically and neurologically. I also suggest researching Palmer University and its research contributions to the field of chiropractic. His research, if you love physiology, is legendary.
