How much per hour does the excavator cost you bro I
@lifeonplantainhill13 күн бұрын
Depending on who you get you may pay between 15k-18k per hour plus the cost to transport the equipment. To use the hammer is a different rate about 20-25k per hr

Why? Why keep building? The housing and rental market is saturated. Would it not make more sense to save the money.
@lifeonplantainhill13 күн бұрын
Thanks for this question. However, with inflation the cash in the bank keeps no value. Real estate is the only steady investment here in jamaica where the value goes in one direction and that's up. For us we choose this form of investment but to each his own.
@jamzempire13 күн бұрын
How is the rental market saturated? people have been complaining constantly about economical places to reside.
@jaunbonaysmith13 күн бұрын
Why keep building?.???? 🙄 Because they're creating "generational wealth" for their families & also because real estate is the BEST investment one could ever make. The value on properties go up every year while car value decreases. If u follow the naysayers talking about "saturated market" u die a paw-per. Invest in land (today) & thank me later! AmmOuttt

@lifeonplantainhill our biggest challenge is understanding the steps to finding land, finding reputable people who we can work with for the procurement process, and then reputable builders. I wish there was a company or association dedicated to full fulling this specific meed. Perhaps there is, and we don't know. The demand is out there, and people are willing to pay for quality and individuals with integrity. The horror stories are preventing many of us from starting, especially if we don't have boots on the ground. I see land for sale all the time, but worry about whether it's legitimate and worry about finding reputable and trustworthy contractors after purchasing.

I totally understand it can be extremely difficult but send us and email at [email protected] let's see if we can put you in contact with someone to help
