Amazing interview. Rick is obviously very knowledgeable about Scientology.

Friendly reminder that its okay to not be religious, you can still find love and live a happy life without it 😊

The older i get, the more convinced i am that all religions are cults. All harmful... but some worse than others.

Okay…I was in Arizona when the bridge collapsed. As soon as I moved to Minneapolis, the first thing I was shown were videos (as in multiple) of that collapse. Now I can’t cross bridges without holding my breath anymore. Also, I had no clue that Scientology sent “ministers”. I’m not sure whether to be amused or frightened that they had to be asked to leave during a politician’s visit.

I feel the same way about that last part. I was able to stay because I was with my local fire dept volunteering with them too. I felt like a real douche though in my Scientology Volunteer Minister shirt.😂

I hate to disagree with Rick, but David Koresh did NOT set fire to the compound. The FBI, etc. tossed highly flammable tear gas inside, causing it to catch fire. This was our government who caused this awful tragedy. 😢

The more that is shared, the stronger the evidence against the cult becomes. That strengthens arguments against the cult, which helps efforts to remove tax exempion against it, while ending recruiting as more people seek to bring this organization to justice and to free everyone that is forced to stay in, no matter how desperately they want and need to escape.

Great Conversation! I was lucky to have had a cult deprogrammer come into our church one evening and give a talk about cults and how they operate. Could have even been Rick Ross as it was the mid to late 80's. It always stayed with me and I resisted the pushing a new friend tried on me for Landmark 20 years after that talk...

March 13: LRH and Danny Masterson birthday 🎂! I read a different story about Isaac. Isaac wasn't offended. He loved the episode, but he was MADE to leave the show by the cult.

Other than I feel is his lack of info regarding Mike Rinder’s real character, Rick is an AMAZING resource and this type of interview can only help people see how bad COS really is. I’ve been comparing being a Never-In who was in a narcissistic abusive relationship as having similar trauma (not the same) as COS trauma, and stick nailed it. Being in a narcissistic relationship is like being in a cult of 2 people. The leader (narcissistic abuser) and you. Brilliant analogy.
