But talking with yourself can become a habit and you end up talking with yourself everytime, instead of thinking and just handle it quickly in your mind Then it could be stressful and drain your energy. I only talk with myself when it really matter, in special moment, or I'm just too stressful but no one around to talk with.

How to simulate a conversation with yourself in Telegram? Are you creating a new account or using saved messages for it?

Good question thanks!❤ I created a separate channel for this. This way, my thoughts are not mixed up with other stuff I add to the “Saved” folder, and it also gives the process a taste of real communication. I can also pin on the chat some messages with the key points I was able to reach with myself, such as plans and targets.
