Owie! I put apple cider vinegar on open soars to remove the inflammation and then I put coconut oil on to lubricate the carotene filled sebaceous sacs allowing them to be removed with forceps. I get acne from being gluten intolerant which I barely discovered after being 40 years old. My relatives laugh at me because I told them my diet and they mentioned that so many past relatives had food allergies. Anyway I hope anyone in pain can use apple cider vinegar or ice to help with the pain. There is probiotics in the apple cider vinegar so it helps in the way yoursbrittany found skanky kombucha helped her. It looks like everyone is curing their acne which is great.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but I cured my acne after 15yrs in 3 DAYS with KOMBUCHA. I have PCOS so assumed it was my hormones - took a test and wasn’t the case. I went to a naturopath and healed all my allergies. Wasn’t the problem. Cured my gut problems, eat no diary or meat, and have a low sugar diet - NOTHING helped. In pure desperation, I asked chatGPT what the hell else it could be and one thing I had never heard before - my skins microbiome. It suggested probiotics/prebiotics for the skin! Not the just the gut THE SKIN. TOPICAL. I spray my face day and night with a mix of 50% Natural Kombucha and 50% water. Don’t wash it off. Cured. No fucking pill. No fucking cream. AFTER 15 YEARS a fermented skanky tea fixed it 😅 I really hope this helps someone because I know how it feels to wake up and have your acne decide your mood for the day, to avoid eye contact and to not feel beautiful. Sending love 💕

I honestly gonna try it. I have friends who grow kombucha and I've been eyeing it for a while, but when I drank it once I wasn't convinced, so I finally have a reason to give it a go (I've grown mushrooms at home before so I guess I just like the process)

I cried with you through this video. I feel like your story is my story and I now have some direction. I’ve been fighting it for 12 years and it’s gotten so bad. My dermatologist this week told me I should go on Accutane, but I just knew it wasn’t what I wanted. I felt what you said. It would cause more damage to an already damaged interior. I took so many notes and I feel more confident going forward. Thank you for being brave enough to share your story 🙏🏼🫶🏻

Thank you so much for this video. I started getting acne again after I stopped birth control and my skin is back to how it looked in high school. I’m 31 and feel so deflated. After I watched this last month, I got an allergy test and learned I’m allergic to basically all the foods and learned I’m iron deficient as well. It’s very difficult to plan means but wanted to thank you for inspiring me to know this can be overcome!

Dear Annies, thanks for sharing your journey and spread hope for the ones that still in our healing journey. I am convinced that I should be able to fix the root cause instead of the traditional treatments (that I already tried - all of them including accutane). I am trying Aviclear now becuase I found this is an option for someone that doesn't want take medication, I just took my 1st out of 3 sessions and did not see any difference yet. Now I will complement this with a bioidentical hormone balance thanks to your advise. I found a clinic where I am living that can do this and also check my gut health. I cannot thank you enough for sharing all of this that is guiding me on my journey to the root cause healing.

I watched this video a month ago and had to come back to just comment. I have been trying to find a messy bun style that works for FOREVER, and nothing worked like this. This has literally changed my hair from looking stupid as hell trying to do a cute messy bun, but failing to actually actually achieving it, and it's so easy and looks good literally every time! Literally, thank you so much. You've changed my hair game. ❤

I did it on my second try and it looked really cute! Mine was top heavy so I had to put two Bobby pins on the top part to keep it on my head but I love it! I used also a bow hairtie afterwards and it looks really girly and cute with my curtain bangs.

I find this to be incredibly rare. It’s one thing to change your diet and I whole heartedly and enthusiastically agree that doing this can lead to an improvement in skin. However, it is extremely rare for it to have results like this just by diet alone. But if it worked for her, great, but achieving results like this by eating healthy is not likely. For those of you struggling with acne (I had cystic hormonal acne I did the *ACCURE LASER* which is the only FDA approved laser treatment for acne,) let me just add that talking to your doctor is so important! Another important thing to remember is that correlation does not imply causation just because Two (or more) things are correlated does not mean one causes other. She listed a rather lengthy list of things and claims to have read books on “healthy eating and has done basically everything”. Her journey seems to have taken a looooong time and I hope that when people come across this video they don’t think that this will be how they cure their own acne. Again, good for her for clearing such severe acne naturally. She repeatedly expresses that “just because it worked for me doesn’t mean it will for you” which I really respect her for saying this. But again, if you’re struggling then eat healthy so all the things that she’s saying, but at least see the doctor so you aren’t wasting time when it doesn’t work (most of the time it doesn’t. If this “natural” method truly worked and had consistent results then there would be no need for accutane. There is a shit load pseudoscience in her video which just irritates me but again, if it worked for her great, but as someone who suffered from hormonal cystic acne and have been through so much, spent so much money on products, etc. . . I will ONLY use things that are FDA approved for acne. I want to read the studies, I want to SEE the science. Not the pseudoscience, not the anecdotal evidence but the actual evidence, the real science with results that can be duplicated to prove their validity! If my comment helps just ONE PERSON make the decision to do either the Accure laser treatment like I did, or do accutane then it’s worth the expected backlash I’ll get. Don’t waste your time, eat healthy get your labs done as she is saying she did too, but for the love of god; do it while also seeking the guidance of an actual MD.

Okay I am sobbing at my office desk for all of your kind points during the end of this video. Thank you for this video in every single way. From the advice for actually help getting rid of acne to help living with yourself with acne and acne scarring. I love you for making this video and I’m so so glad you were able to take your skin back to a point where you’re able to feel so much more like yourself. I know what it’s like, it’s such a confidence knocker having acne, it’s painful, it’s STRESSFUL. It is the worst. I’m so happy for you and I hope a hormonal specialist is what really helps me. Thanks to you it’s another avenue I can try!!

Hello. Your presentation was excellent, it was spellbinding. I do not suffer from acne but I am so proud of you for taking matters into your own hands and being relentless until you found an answer. Your are a remarkable young woman and I am absolutely certain you can achieve ANYTHING you put your mind to. Your story and your quest are so inspiring. You should absolutely be a spokesperson on this subject on an extended and higher level. You can and should speak publicly on anything you feel a conviction for. Good luck to you and I wish you a profoundly happy life.

It's so touching to hear about all your struggles. I have also been suffering from severe acne for the last year, although my condition is not as bad as yours. The thing is, I am pregnant right now, so it's not possible for me to take any medication, possibly even for the next two years. Could you tell me how you took hormonal medications like Accutane, progesterone, and estrogen during your four pregnancies?

Hi, It's been 5 years I've been dealing with very bad acne in an adult age. I've tried tolexine and it usually worked but got so much worse as soon as I'd stopped and Tolexine isn't a long term solution for your body and have side effects too(photosensitive, forbidden for pregnancy etc..). So here's what worked for me : I tried chinese medicine plants for a month (prescribed by a doctor from Beijing hospital) and it worked. My skin cured and stopped producing this swollen big red hormonal acne. So I wanted to share it with you, if you're struggling so badly with acne too : I got these plants in medicinal plants pharmacy in Paris bcs I live there, had them separated in 14 bags which I cooked in a pot of hotwater to drink every morning and evening for a month (one big cup each time): - skullcap 10g; - picridine 10g; - yinchen 20g; - stevia leaves 2g; - honey mulberry white peel 10g; - peony bark 10g; - dandelion 15g; - fried gardenias 3g; - honeysuckle 15g; - red peony root 10g; - angelica sinensis 6g; - North bupleurum 12g; - Forsythia 10g; - Sophora flavescens 10g; - Salvia 15g; - Prunella vulgaris 12g; It's pretty bitter to drink but after not even one month, the skin gets so much clearer. I hope it works for you too !! Also the price varies from 120 to 200€ from one medicinal plants pharmacy to another.

Low in iron always ask your Dr for a ferritin level test, that shows real iron levels, because if you have an ordinary iron test it can come back fine, but ferretin level test will show if you are low in iron anaemic that's the true test, also get an intrinsic factor level test as this will show if you are absorbing vitamins from food or vitamin tablets, if you don't have enough intrinsic factor in your gut you will be deficant on alot of things, as low intrinsic factor you can't absorb your food nutrients or vitamin tabs, I have been anaemic I have vitamin B12 injections by my Dr every 4wks, that's another anaemia like iron, plus I was anaemic having a period when I didn't bleed much so very very fatigued hope this helps someone, being anaemic also cause depression ect google anaemic and B12 Deficancy for symptoms, but see your Dr but remember iron test may come back normal masking low level, so ask for a ferrritan level test that's the true test to give accurate iron levels, hope this helps Kim ❤
