No Heat Summer Beach Waves w/ Consistent Curl

I've been doing this for years. Everyone always goes crazy about my hair when I do it. A tip to avoid the harsh line- try doing a zig zag part all the back. That way it blends a lot easier. Great video👍🏻 and you have beautiful hair.

salena What exactly do you mean by zig zac? Like how does it work?

Emily Hamm instead of the part at the back of her head being a straight line you turn it into a zig zag so take bits from both sides of the head. This stops your hair naturally parting into a straight line later in the day which would look a bit weird.

I do this all the time! I like to do it on third day hair before I wash it. I just add some dry shampoo and spritz my hair with water like you did. I ALWAYS get compliments. Looks even better if you have layers.

Same lol. I just do conditioner when my hair gets dry and flat then go to sleep with the braids. When I get up I add dry shampoo and my hair isn't flat lol and looks decent enough to be seen in public.

I absolutely love fixing my hair like this. And if some pieces don't turn out how I like (I'm not very good at braiding, just learned not long ago) I just use a triple barrel waver to fix it. It's perfect for getting ready quickly in the morning.

Annie - this is such a good idea. I just subscribed to your channel even though I have been rewatching the pull through braid around the neck area for months. I will try the pull through braid while I watch your video and it may work. You make it look easy, but I know it takes a lot of practice. I want to be able to work up to a waterfall which I think are so pretty. Thanks for the help.

Been doing this for years, it's really the only way my hair will hold curl. I don't normally combine at the bottom tho. If you want LOTS of volume, braid from the bottom of your scalp up. - when doing this I only do one braid, and mine are always Dutch, can't do French on myself. Your hair will look really funny until you take it down in the morning.
