I remember the last time I played the game 17 years ago, and it ended on a really surprising note. As soon as Krieger got on his He-1078 when the Daimler Benz C started exploding, the He-1078 itself literally fell into the ground and exploded.

I'd joke about the absurd amount of super secret weapons NEMESIS is working on but Germany really was obsessed with building all sorts of these types of things during the war....most of which either never went into production or didn't make it past the prototype stage.

This mission was bugged for me on PS2. Sometimes when I started it, the opening cutscene would play then freeze. Finally managed to beat it :)

Anyone else get stuck because the ferrys wont blow up? I have tried all the weapons and replayed this like 5 times... This never happened to me playing the game as a kid. Maybe I just have to restart the campaigning
