Omg I swear I’ve wondered if this could be what going on . Everything you’ve described matches me to a T. I’ve dealt with autoimmune diseases since the age of 4. As I get older it seems like it’s always something else . I have been exposed to mold . I’ve seen one of my 8 Drs for 40 years . My ent wanted to do some type of test on me regarding the allergies I have but at that time I had a child on a feeding tube & just had too much going on in life . After beginning reading Sarah's own book and now after watching 3minutes of this video, I just burst into tears, when you said we just need doctors to say "it makes sense". I'm 35y old and I feel like I haven't been seriously listened since so many years I don't even want to count them. I struggled 7 years with a thyroid disease (Basedow) and finally decided to get rid of my thyroid a year ago, so I'm now under medication for life with hormones but I still have so many pains and symptoms and it is just now - now that in my life, after 12 years of psychoanalysis and so many efforts, I begin to feel more self-love and self-confidence - that I can name what I feel with my endocrinologist and rebel against how she makes me feel. She basically just told me last time with false empathetic but very superior deep feeling : "you know you're just a chronic anxious person" which meant : I cant do anything for all your symptoms, and when she opened the door for me to go out she said "come on, no stress !" It has been 7 years of that and I think when I walked out of the building this time I could have killed her. For making me feel so stupid, neurotic, weak... and lonely !
