The radiology department at my local hospital is in the basement. Last year I had to have an ultrasound and the two techs were telling me that the whole department take vitamin D supplements!

hi :) i relate to a lot of things you said (not particularly liking medical school, questioning if this job is the right fit) and then just as you did, I found happiness and a sense of purpose once I started working. I'm 15 months into it now and I still really love it. It has it's flaws and 24h shifts take a lot out of you and so on, but I haven't lost the joy of it at all; so maybe it's not just rose tinted glasses ☺ all the best to you, you seem like a lovely person ♥

You are one of the few people who knew from a young age what you wanted to be when you grew up and you did not quit your dreams even when you wanted to quit while in medical school. It says a lot about you - motivated, determined, hard working, resilient. You should be proud of yourself because there are many young people who do not know what they want to do even when they are in the university. Some change majors, some drop out, some complete their studies but do not know what jobs to apply for etc. You had a clear goal and you achieved it. Well done!

Well done on your first few months working as a doctor - I was an aspiring doctor wanting to go to medical school but chose computer science instead lol. Not sure if i will regret choosing this path but will know next year lol.

Hi Magda 😊 for the medicine course at cambridge do you think they perfer maths a level over physics? Im asking as their website mentioned that a really high percentage of people did maths but they say physics or maths is fine...
