Doing this for 4 days, then a vacation break (for 4 days) and I'll start over. Please, like to remind!! <3 Starting weight/height: 58.8kg, 161cm I'm doing calorie deficit of 1200 calories without eating sweets and drinking cow milk (I'm lactose intolerant, so I'll be drinking soy milk or almond one) DAY 1: ✅ this workout should be called "dying with Le Sserafim", this was VERY hard. I sort of drank 1L of water during this hell

i’m going to do this with updates everyday! i started yesterday so i’m gonna write it down now btw my scale stopped working so i can’t go off weight i just have to see if there’s any differences and measure my waist day 1 ✔️ SWEAT EVERYWHERE AND MY LEGS ACHED AFTER THE BURPEES deffo take breaks omggg this was a taste of hell, i even did dancing afterwards 😭😭 waist 34in day 2 ✔️ did NOT get any better, covered in sweat this time i did russian twists and some leg raises which isn’t included in the vid don’t see any changes yet

I'm gonna try this for 2 weeks. My day 1 weight is 150.8 pounds (68.5kg) and my waistline is 29.5 inches (75cm). My goal is to reach 145lbs and have a waist of 27inches. Day 1: Completed ✅️ Took me 35 minutes 😅 I needed a lot of breaks! I did some stretching after and I feel REALLY proud!

I'm gonna do it until 1st of September and it's now 26th of July!! (That's when school starts in my country) I'm gonna edit after I'm done!! EDITT: I'm 13 years old, I'm around 167 cm tall and I weight 49.2 kgs 😿😿 my goal isn't specific but I just want a flat tummy since I'm chubby-fit (My thighs and tummy are BIG 👿) And I'm doing Shirlyn Kim's "LE SSERAFIM's Real Workout Routines'' & Emi Wong's 15 DAYS INNER THIGH BURN (10 min No Jumping Workout'' & I'm not doing any diet!! I'm not gonna eat sweets n junk food tho Day 1: MATE.. THE VID IS ALMOST 20 MINUTES LONG AND IT TOOK ME AROUND AN HOUR TO FINISH 😭 BUT ANYWAY, My arms hurt so bad and Imo the hardest part were the up n downs + plank twists since my arms are really weak 😭 ANYWAY!! CYAAA!! Day 2: I ate two packs of mc fries and a keto milkshake yesterday and now like 10 cookies but LET'S DO THISS!! It's 15:53 and I'm starting!! I'll edit when I'm done I FINISHED ITT!! IT'S 16:37 SO IT TOOK ME AROUND 45 MINUTES (SOMETHING LIKE THAT IM WAY TOO TIRED TO COUNT HOW LONG IT TOOK ME) I finished only this video so two more left 😿 my tummy & arms hurt SO BADDD tho 😭 cya tomorrow!!<3

1 week of wonyoung workout Day 1: the workout was a little bit hard but i did it Day 2: i woke up with muscle soreness. the exercises seem to be more easy and i do them with more pleasure Day 3: (hips101 and waist 64 i forgot to measure first day) Day 4: my body become more flexible and the muscle soreness it s almost gone

A lot of it was water retention! Listening to your body to know what makes it feel good vs bad and adopting healthy habits of proper nutritions, enough water, and consistent daily movement will help. First and foremost everything needs to start from a place of self care over hate. We stress our bodies if we start something to change or fix it. It responds better when we adopt the mindset of taking care of it and nurturing it 😊
