This building is massive!!! Plazas don't go that high. Would be too much energy to get to the store and exposure to passing traffic would be limited. And what could possibly let me ride an elevator to do window shopping? But whatever it is, it's not for those afraid of heights!!!

The whole place is owned by Tankweld, they sell or lease to tenants. Tankweld also is the distributor for Shacman Chinese trucks. Tankweld also have their own wharf in the west of the island and is the largest importer and distributor of rebar steel in Jamaica. They have buildings on this property as well, in fact they never expected so much demand so quickly for spaces.

Micheal lake also owns the Old Forum Hotel in Port Henderson portmore, he's been trying to redevelop it into a luxury residential apartment for years!!!

Strange location for a mall. They should have built residential units above the mall so as to turn it into mixed use and more in character with the community.

Honestly i wouldn't want to be those neighbours. Its one thing to have a commercial building beside you is another thing to have a oversize.. overcrowded... looking one. Brings heavy traffic...no privacy

Hey Rush, it look like you stop doing real estate videos. There are two upscale development in Ocho Rios > Palicki Rivera and Milford Ridge both are off Milford road before you get to Fern Gully. A lot of people in the diaspora are talking about these properties because Ochi is on fire right now!!!!
