Looked like it. Never had that problem again though I don’t own it now.

How did the Indian made tank go ? Did it fit or leak .was the paint really nice ? .
@tridbant Жыл бұрын
Well obviously it’s not made with materials as good as the originals. But it looks OK and a good polish would do it good.

Bought an xgody cctv android. Worst possible. Has a mind of it's on. Goes trough all the screen, selecting and deselect options. Stops recording... Unbelievable shit product. Stay away And customer service doesn't give a sh.t about it.

Norm Hienn sounds OK that way if you hit it square on and with sufficient force
@normhienn18814 жыл бұрын
Oh it works great on some carpet an a 3lb deadblow.. Not that much force is needed.. The method you show here looks like a lot more work than just a swing of a deadblow.. It does work, just did all 4 of my shocks in less than a half hour.. Much more efficient my way.. No need for a vice..

More than likely if you feel confident in whacking it with a large hammer. Me I went the less noisy and effort way. lol

We've skipped fitting the back cam because the front cams video quality ist taht poor. Watch our first review of the XGody in my channel and you will see that this poot device isn't worth to buy. A second review is upcoming and will show you, that this device works one or two months with some failures and than with even more fails. After two months our xGody has more breakdowns as operation times.

Hi there Tridbant Nice video, well explained. I'm binge watching loads of vids on TE20s at the moment as I'll be restoring my own soon.. So anyway i have one quick observation from what i saw you do. Its to do with the seal itself, when you showed the seal mounted in the cover it looked that maybe it was in backwards? Of course i dont know that particular type of lip seal and the video might be deceptive. Its just ive dealt with many lip seals on gearboxes, motors, shaft etc and the recess in the seal will always be to the inside or the side where the liquid is, often with a spring in the recess and it looked from what i saw that the recess was outside? I could be very wrong and I'm not saying this to criticize or have a moan, i'm genuinely interested. Because it occurred to me that maybe, as i have often done myself, is to put something back the way i found it. But perhaps if it was in wrong first day and thats why it leaked? I'd love to hear how you got on with it after? Cheers.
@tridbant4 жыл бұрын
The seal is to stop stuff from outside coming in At first I thought it was the wrong way but the original went in that way and it was a dry area inside

Great video. One thing that you mentioned is that the throttle spring is too strong for the vacuum. I think the real issue is where you've mounted the bracket means that when the throttle is fully closed, you are pulling almost directly across the pivot which is almost impossible. If you were to bend the bracket down a bit, it should help. It's hard to explain so I'll try with ascii art: Currently: Pivot V Cable -------|---o----o < current attachment point \____/ How it should be: Pivot V | o || < Bracket pointing down from the throttle cable attachment point Cable ---------\--------o < new attachment point Not sure if this will turn out right in the comments section.

Rim was badly pitted and I thought as most new bike rims are painted why not this one. Unfortunately not a good choice of colour. Also powder coating is a lot cheaper than chroming.

Nice smoke free motor. Strange choice of rear rim finish! Be interested to know why you didn't get it rechromed when you had the other bits done.
