My CC doesn't like his vet and definitely doesn't like the males at the office. At his last visit we had to give him medication and hour before he went to calm him. The medication made him drowsy to the point of barely walking. But he still recognized being touched and they had to sedate him to continue the exam. Taking him to the vet is hard work.

I have learned if you have a horse tack shop near you, get a horse lead, for a leash, you can get them as long as you need and they have great strong clips and if you get the soft nylon, comfortable for the human as well and strong as hell

Not good idea teaching him to jump onto people nobody wants a 120lb horse jumping on them
