We should be running toe heel to correctly align with our anatomy so why add more cushion when our ankle is designed as a cushion for our body already. I csn guarantee you everybody who wears these shoes heel strike every single time. Learn how to run and maybe you wont have these issues. And there are a lot of overweight people claiming these help. Yeah no shit. How about loosing some weight too 😂 hilarious! People want everything fixed for them

Wow this wasn't easy for me, and there was a lot of popping. If I keep it up I'm sure my ankles will be stronger and looser!

I see some young girls and boys run on the treadmill non stop for 30 mins or even more. I could only walk at 5.0kmp incline for an hour. Running continously just for 5 mins after that I go out of breath and my calf and knee aches.

If I understand you correctly, your advise is to run until you start feeling bad and then take some calories. Why not to take calories before you start feeling bad? Why not to take some calories every 30..40 minutes from the beginning of the long run and entirely prevent the problem?

Sometimes I get too warm and can't take in my calories. BONK. Sometimes I'm running too hard and don't take the time to eat. BONK. Sometimes I even eat too much too early and then make myself nauseous.. a little later.. BONK. Death march.

Amazing! These exercises helped with a whole bunch of ailments down my right side. Plantar fasciitis, kneed stiffness, and hip pain were reduced or went away. I’m back to running with the help of these exercises. As an FYI, I used these as standalone exercises and a smaller set as part of activation before a run.

Walked for 2 hours and 27 mins the other day in -11 degree weather and it wasn’t that bad. I feel like it’s easier to run/walk long distances in cold weather because you’re not becoming dehydrated.
