Paid holiday!! The cops in these sheltered positions, municipal buildings, courts, schools etc have been placed in these roles because they are not competent or safe to be in normal patrol positions and usually have problems with discipline and self control, or should be retired.

My advice to GA drivers is to take these issues to court. The lien is obviously improper if the state failed to properly notify you of the offense. There may be a statute of limitations on how long they have to issue you with proper notice. There is a distinct possibility that GA drivers may have many of their tickets thrown out by the court.

In Tennessee, we just throw the camera tickets away and it's perfectly legal to do so as they can't make us pay them.
