If not cleaned frequently, the paper fibers from multiple die jobs accumulate in the oil and over time the gears become rough, leading to increased rumble, vibration, and further deterioration. I've spent ten years plus on letterpress equipment when I started printing. Love the several years on the windmill. Loved my V-50 too. Dig a bunch of numbering including a fifty on form for some insurance company and we always spend a couple of days getting the number machines ready for that job and we had to stop every 50sheets to certify the numbers. Miss it sometimes

I'm shocked anyone is still numbering in black on a letterpress. It should all be done when it's digitally printed. A waste of time for the most part.

Excelente hay vídeos qué supuestamente están troquelando y solo pasan el pliego sin poner la máquina en presión, son unos chatas.yo soy Maquinista de heidelberg GTP y e visto gente que vienen como Maquinista y destrozan la máquina, gráficos hay pocos pero hay muchos paracaidistas dicen ser gráficos y no saben nada y trabajan porque se regalan.
