Just got mine and I love it. To keep it under $25k I had to forgo the Heated Seats and Moonroof but I don't really need those options. The starlink app for $175 allows me to start the car 10 minutes before I go out on a cold morning so heated seats not needed. In my opinion, the moonroof is useless.

Wow, look at all these crybaby haters in the comments. I bought a Lithium Red Pearl CTW, with the HK sound and sunroof a month ago. It's a really nice little car! It's a little slow, but I owned a forester xt touring before, so that's a given which I knew before I bought it. It's a solid car, a solid choice, at a decent price. Nyah!

Noting wrong with the eco boost mustang. The problem is the 10R80 transmission. How many class action lawsuits suits suits does ford have to have before they give up on this crappy transmission. even GM walked away from their version of it. Mine croaked at 4000 miles. Not again.

I’ve owned a ‘22 Limited since new and I’m starting to get REALLY bored by it. I became a fan of the AWD system when I lived in Wisconsin and Alaska, but where I live now, it hardly snows. I haven’t modified it other than putting OEM accessories, but I don’t want to change everything (more hp, clutch, better engine sound). A Type R or Golf R have been calling my name

I had purchased a 2016 WRX manual back in 2018 & after two weeks i hated it, (1) didn't have enough power & the manual was too much work. There's a 2017 BMW M4 in Lynwood, WA (I live in Oregon) featured on Truecars for $41,995 with 47,060 miles (white)...Looks really good!

I just started at a Subaru dealership almost 2 months ago and I think I’m about to pull the trigger on WRX Base. Trading in a 4Runner SR5 but my note would go down by more than $150/mo.

Good review thanks. I love my ‘23 Premium. Got it new for $31K w/ options & accessories. Great value and left plenty leftover for key upgrades (catback exhaust, Cobb AP w/ custom tune, oil catch canister, EBC brake pads and fluid, shifter upgrades, speaker upgrades and powered subwoofer, spoiler, STI trans & diff & motor mounts, UHP All-season tires, mud flaps, etc). The upgrades significantly improve the feel, performance and useability to a high level for this price segment.
@diallo1347Күн бұрын
Was that the premium with the Sunroof and Harmon Kardon sound system?
@Gergm7991Күн бұрын
No, that would’ve been an unheard of deal! Mine is basic Premium w/ Option Package 11 (auto dimming rear view and side mirrors, floor liners and cargo tray) and a few small dealer installed accessories. I didn’t want sunroof as I never use it on vehicles I’ve had. Just extra weight and expense. Total MSRP was $36K. I paid $31K plus 3% NC tax and title fee.

It's all about Love. If you know who you are, if you know yourself, you will know which cars are your cars and that goes back to our early ages. The tech profit game never stops, our eyes are saturated with redundancy in tech that we don't need and also colorful aesthetics that deceive and seduct us. And when we look at cars without the latest and greatest modern tech, some of us may think that we're wasting money, regardless of the driving experience that, that car offers. It was never hard for enthusiasts to stick to their brands and their favorite models, but ALL the cars these days are very, very expensive in relation to how much they used to cost and what they actually offer by today's "standards" and one must know what he really needs and make the purchase according to his needs, not desires. If it's a second car for enjoyment, than you really have to look at all the offerings from your favorite brands to choose the best bang for your buck that is currently being offered. If a certain car model that you love still produces new generations with relatively old tech with only slight improvements, because they can't invest more money, but they still deliver in every aspect of your driving experience, IT'S OK, the problem starts when they ruin the model that you loved for so many years, with aesthetics, with tech solutions and quasi-functionality that often directly impacts your driving experience and enjoyment, with different market positioning, focused on some other groups of customers that can afford the car done in a certain way and you no longer recognize yourself among the fans or buyers of that model or even the entire brand itself. Being a car enthusiast and truly loving cars is all about the Identity and people who are not car enthusiasts, who like to show their cars or who are in the industry solely for profit don't understand Real car enthusiasts, their love, passion and dedication. That's why they're having problems understanding why do we insist so much on internal combustion engines, why do we care so much, what's the big deal.

Got me a 2025 Subaru Forester Touring back in September. Recently found out (when I tried use it for the first time) that wireless charger won't work with iPhones 14, 15, or 16 because their cameras don't allow the phone to lay flat on the charger and if you put a case on the phone, the case precludes the phone to interact with the charger so it won't charge either. Took it to the dealership and they told me and wrote on the report that it's a design flaw on Subaru. Subaru Customer Advocacy threw a coupon at me and did nothing to solve the actual problem. I hope they will fix this for the 2026 model and maybe give the option to get it fixed on the 2025 model, too. Until then, if you have an iPhone 14, 15, or 16, do not expect to be able to charge on the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring wireless charger.

Poor review. No way this car is any better than the new x 3. Mercedes reliability is not what it uses to be and BMW has turned it around to where it's up with Toyota. I drove a new base e class and was not impressed where BMW provides some excitement in there current offerings. Also, BMW had better incentives on newer models.

All things being equal between the Base versions of the Outback and Forester, there is one key piece of information not addressed that places the Outback (for me) over the Forester - towing capacity. For reasons unknown to me, the Outback base has a towing capacity of 2700 lbs (perfect for me to add a class 2 hitch and pull a small trailer with a motorcycle, or to/from dropping off a kid at college, or for runs to/from Menards/Home Depot) while the Forester base can only tow 1500 lbs.

Not trying to point you out but genuinely curious about the seats on the LE. In your SE video you mentioned that the cloth seats in LE were softer than the softex seats in SE. In this video, you said that the seats in SE are softer so I'm confused which one is your final verdict. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hqOwf6ujrd6qedE
@BostonAutoBlog6 күн бұрын
Never said the LE’s seats were softer. I said if you were looking for a more lux experience go with the LE or XLE because the SE’s seats were firmer and fit the trim’s sportier persona. I also said that you might find the cloth seats to be more comfortable because everyone has their own preferences, but I never gave my own personal take on whether the softex seats were better than cloth.
