I agree 100%. Compared to its competition, it may not ride the softest, be the quietest, and have the best tech, but would it does better at is being the full package. For a hybrid, it's zippy, quiet, smooth riding, good handling, good tech, and great mpg.

Bought mine in the Ocean Gem color and love it so far . After driving SUVs like Armada, Pathfinder, and Palisade for years, the transition to a Camry has resulted in a much more smooth, quiet, comfortable, and fun drive. And going from an average 20mpg to around 50mpg is great.

Fantastic look at the new XSE. Ashamed to admit, all I could afford was a Camry SE. The comparable Accord was more money plus they did not want to offer any discounts in addition to actual markups. WT_ Honda. The Sonata is very nice. But it's slow and not much fun to drive. Plus only has a 1 motor hybrid system. After almost everything I have heard and seen this may have been what's know as a happy accident.

From what I’ve learned… Honda is marking up the new Civic Hybrid. People desire economy cars to SAVE $….not hand it over to greedy dealers. This strategy might not be working to well as HMC stock got clobbered this week into an up market.

There are some dealers that are marking up the Civic Hybrid but plenty to be found at MSRP also (Denver area). Same with Camry, I've vowed to never shop at these greedy dealerships that charge over sticker, biggest culprits seem to be AutoNation, real crooks

Many reviewers say the LE is the true bargain of the group...lowest price, lightest weight, the fastest to 60 in some tests, the best EPA, and the smoothest riding with its much smaller tires.

I like the two tone color scheme but I didn’t like the much higher price$$$. The SE was much a better value proposition for essentially the same ride. Tested both trims. The smooth yet quick ride and the incredible MPG made this a relatively easy choice. Great deal for the SE or LE.

2WD LE is lighter, better MPG's, and $1500 cheaper. But I suppose the AWD could help in snow, though it's not a true AWD system.

Yes. Here in the desert AWD is often a special order and really not needed. The LE is the real bargain, cheaper, best EPA, lighter, quicker in many tests, and smoothest riding with its smaller tires

Paddle shifters with a CVT is ridiculous! It doesn’t have gears, why would the manufacturer waste money putting this feature in the car. I would prefer they leave out this feature as it’s not functional in this car and just sell the car at a lower price.

With this car's CVT, I agree. It is absolutely pointless. On the Accord Hybrid, the paddle shifters adjust the regen braking, which is useful.

Ive driven it and it actually feels pretty fun when downshifting. Upshifting does nothing but downshifting u actually feel the car pull u back. I agree in taking them out to reduce cost. But to be fair the car is fun to drive.

There ARE no “new Camry V6” models. 2024 was the last year. They’re now considered last years models (or last model years). 😢 I, too, liked their V6’s better.

With its smaller wheels and more rubber, would the XLE give a slightly smoother ride than the XSE? I just don't like the cloth and leather seats in the XLE, wish they were all leather like XSE.

I disagree with the "solely economical, practical sedan"... my 1999 Camry LE is luxurious with leather, built in Japan, fast, fun, with a sweet v6, AND practical.

Hello, I have a new 2025 XSE. I seem to hear the motor noise during accelerations that are louder than what I originally noticed. Almost sounds like the exhaust noise coming through into the cabin. Do you or did you notice more engine noise during accelerations?

Loved the interior of the new Camry with the higher trims. For me, there is a luxury feel and very comfortable seating. Test one for yourself.

Are all of you buying into the fact that you're sitting on a time bomb of problems with that piece of shit battery and electric motor? They will have to be replaced at a crazy expensive price. Just sit back and see if I'm not correct. Give me a standard engine and I'll continue to put 300k as I always have with NO problems.

Most people won't keep their 2025 Camry long enough to collect on the 10 year battery warranty, so I wouldn't even worry about buying a battery. Honda has 8 years.

The Toyota hybrid eCVT is a planetary gearbox with a motor inside. It’s more simple than any six speed, automatic transmission or manual transmission. They are more reliable than almost anything out there. In fact, Toyota hardly carries inventory of them, and you have to special order them because so few of them break, but sure keep believing in your conspiracies

I am very surprised at this point people still do not know the difference between the eCVT and conventional CVT. The eCVT is probably more reliable than a normal automatic transmission. And it’s smooth idk what there really is to hate about it. If you trying to race with a Camry you looking at the wrong car. It’s an economy transmission
