Hi Melody, I’m curious- do you typically find houses that were built five years ago and below on the MLS? So not new build proper but new enough that a buyer won’t have to worry about major maintenance for some time

60% of Morgatges are up this Year. Many will have monthly payments double and triple. Expect prices to crash and Foreclosures will be a thing in Canada in next Year

Many In Canad have Morgatge coming Up this Year. 60% ? Wow that’s gonna be a lot of people facing a new Morgatge that’s going to be 2-4 times higher than it was. Foreclosures will be very Common by Fall.
